You will execute daily production plans, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement across shifts. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to optimize yield and cycle time, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience, or equivalent work history.
• Experience leading high‑volume, high‑precision manufacturing teams in a fab.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and lean improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle‑time objectives.
• Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and priorities across tools.
• Monitor KPIs: yield, equipment utilization, scrap, on‑time delivery; escalate issues.
• Directly supervise and develop technicians; conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, cleanroom, and ISO quality procedures; participate in audits.
