Job summary

You will drive daily production plans, monitor KPIs such as yield and on-time delivery, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma, while collaborating across engineering, maintenance, quality and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a high-volume fab environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
• Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Enforce safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards; participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean/Six Sigma; lead kaizen events.
• Communicate production status and risks to stakeholders; support change management.
