Job summary

You will manage complex wafer fabrication flows, establish planning standards, and drive improvements across planning systems and operating rhythms. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to define recovery plans, alternate routings, and capacity tuning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience planning re-entrant wafer fab processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP/MES/APS systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own short-, mid-, and long-range wafer fab production plans including starts and release timing.
• Identify constraints by process step and develop recovery plans with cross-functional partners.
• Lead daily/weekly planning reviews connecting master plan to shop-floor execution.
• Integrate NPI ramp planning and technology transfer into the fab plan.
