Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
• Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards; participate in audits and root-cause investigations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
