Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Livermore, California seeks a Sr Supervisor, Production to lead a team of manufacturing technicians in a high‑volume, high‑precision fab.

You will execute production schedules, monitor KPIs, ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement across shifts. The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma principles, cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning, and the development of a strong team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
• Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.
• Monitor KPIs including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on-time delivery.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.
• Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check-ins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
