Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading a team in a high‑volume, high‑precision fab environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle‑time objectives.
• Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across tools and processes.
• Monitor KPIs including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on‑time delivery.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.
• Directly supervise and develop a team of technicians and operators.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check-ins, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.
• Complete formal performance reviews and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
