You will execute daily production plans, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement across shifts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of related experience; or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume, high-precision manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• : Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle‑time objectives.
• : Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across tools and processes.
• : Monitor KPIs including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on‑time delivery.
• : Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.
• : Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
• : Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check‑ins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
• : Hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.
• : Performance reviews and succession planning; foster accountability and teamwork.
