Job summary

You will ensure on-time delivery and maximize resource utilization by leveraging SAP Batch Master ERP and robust materials planning. The role requires collaboration across Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Inventory Management, and Customer Service, plus accountability for KPIs related to schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in production scheduling or planning in cosmetics or related manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SAP Batch Master ERP is required.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, and GMP/Regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Manage batch scheduling and material planning using SAP Batch Master ERP.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, QA, Inventory, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track KPIs for scheduling accuracy, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and production planning.
