Job summary

Eagle Core is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the approved plan into actionable site schedules across Largo operations. You will maintain daily/weekly schedules, monitor execution, and keep records aligned with priorities and resources.

The role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration across departments to ensure on-time production. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in scheduling, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems like SAP, and a proactive approach to updating plans.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing coordination or related role; cosmetic/manufacturing a plus.
• Experience with SAP Batch Master ERP or similar ERP/MRP scheduling system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust daily and weekly production schedules.
• Update schedule changes, sequencing, dates, work orders, and records.
• Utilize SAP Batch Master ERP to maintain batch production schedules and data.
• Review work orders, material availability, production status, and constraints.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, QA, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and update systems/reports.
• Support scheduling governance, standard work, and change-control processes.
• Escalate capacity conflicts or material constraints to Scheduling and Planning Manager.
