Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Utilize SAP Batch Master ERP for production scheduling, material planning, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, QA, Inventory, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor work orders, material availability, and production constraints; resolve bottlenecks.
• Optimize scheduling to minimize downtime and waste; improve efficiency.
• Ensure GMP, FDA compliance, and industry best practices.
• Develop and track KPIs for scheduling accuracy, on-time delivery, and resource use.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and planning.
• Identify supply chain risks and escalate issues to senior management.
• Maintain scheduling records and reports.
• Lead scheduling meetings and communicate adjustments to stakeholders.
• Negotiate production priorities across operations, sales, and logistics teams.
