Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Largo, FL is seeking a Production Scheduler to maintain daily and weekly production schedules across operations. Translate the approved plan into site-level schedules, monitor execution, and update as conditions change.

Requires 2+ years in production scheduling, degree preferred, SAP Batch Master ERP experience, and strong Excel and cross-functional communication. This is a full-time, on-site role with medical, vision, and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or related scheduling experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (cosmetic/personal care) is a plus.
• APICS/ASCM certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily and weekly production schedules reflecting approved priorities and capacity.
• Update schedules promptly with changes to sequencing, dates, and work orders.
• Use SAP Batch Master ERP to manage batch production schedules and data.
• Review material availability, production status, and constraints; communicate issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, QA, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service.
