Job summary

Solésence Beauty Science is seeking a Production Scheduler to own the daily and shift-level execution across cosmetic manufacturing lines. You will connect planning, production, and materials to ensure each batch is sequenced correctly, resourced on time, and released to the floor.

The role requires 2–3 years in production scheduling and 100% onsite manufacturing experience, with a focus on coordination with procurement, warehousing, and operations to improve scheduling accuracy and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning.
• Direct experience with batch manufacturing (cosmetics/pharma/food/chemical) preferred.
• Experience coordinating kitting, raw material staging, and shift-level execution plans.
• 100% onsite manufacturing environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the daily and shift-level production execution plan across all lines.
• Sequence batch production by process type, equipment availability, and shift capacity.
• Publish and communicate the Daily Shift Execution Plan to supervisors and floor leads.
• Monitor and report daily production adherence, escalating variances in real time.
