Job summary

Anduril Industries in Rhode Island is seeking a Supply Planner to plan and source materials for cutting-edge defense hardware. You will own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring on-time deliveries across the value chain.

The role requires experience in fast-paced manufacturing, ERP systems (Netsuite preferred), and collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to build reliable supply plans. Eligible to obtain/maintain US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced manufacturing with complex assemblies.
• Owns value chain from start to finish with on-time deliveries.
• Experience in high-tech, high-mix/low-volume environments.
• Familiarity with Netsuite or similar ERP.
• Engineering degree or related technical field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate planning and on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Support daily demand signaling, ordering, and inventory management.
• Identify supply issues and drive cross-functional resolutions.
• Provide reporting/analysis of supply and material health for stakeholders.
• Source components with Sourcing Engineers and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop constrained demand plans from unconstrained forecasts.
• Maintain processes for MRP and master data.
• Contribute to total cost of ownership across the product lifecycle.
