Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Planner for its Quonset, RI operations. You will manage planning and sourcing of materials to support rapid iteration of defense hardware for autonomous underwater vehicles.

You will own key assemblies, guiding signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what to buy or build. You will thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes settings, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams while ensuring strict quality and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced manufacturing with complex assemblies.
• Owns value chain from start to finish, coordinating with multiple teams.
• Experience with high-tech, high-mix, low-volume products.
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
• Engineering degree (BSME/BSEE) or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• Eligible for active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and on-time delivery for raw materials and finished goods.
• Signaling demand, ordering, and inventory management for product lines.
• Identify supply issues and drive resolution with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing.
• Report on supply and material health to enable informed decisions across teams.
• Source components, manage vendor relationships, and develop make-vs-buy strategies.
• Facilitate constrained demand planning with Business Development and Growth teams.
• Develop and maintain MRP processes and master data.
• Support cost engineering to optimize total cost of ownership.
