Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing/military experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team, driving safety and production targets.
• Champion safety and enforce regulations to foster a vigilant culture.
• Drive operational excellence and maintain high product quality.
