Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).

Responsibilities

• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations across shifts.
• Lead an hourly team to deliver high-quality products and meet production targets.
• Apply bias for action in safety and quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop high-performing teams through servant leadership and coaching.
