The role emphasizes servant leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement, with rotating day/night shifts. A bachelor's degree and 3–7+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experience are required, along with Lean/Six Sigma or MDMP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
