Ford Motor Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly manufacturing team on rotating shifts. You will coach, organize workflow, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met while building strong relations with team members, union, and management.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, practical leadership, and accountability at a salary grade 6-7 with comprehensive benefits. A candidate with prior supervisory or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years supervisory/manufacturing exp preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop hourly teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
• Drive to exceed personal and team goals by upholding high performance standards through servant leadership.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
