Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a frontline hourly team. You will champion safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role reports to senior operations leadership and may require rotating shifts and weekend work. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and bring experience in manufacturing environments, including body shop or assembly, with a track record of teamwork

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial operations, Transportation & Logistics, Supply Chain Management & Information Systems, Applied Engineering Science, Packaging Engineering, or Business Mgmt. preferred.
• Body shop /stamping / subassembly, or manufacturing assembly and machining experience a plus
• This position’s operating pattern supports production schedules which could include rotating shifts and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Lead a dedicated hourly team and foster an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives are met across the line.
• Apply bias for action to address safety and quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the union and management to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
