Ford is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly team and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the plant floor.

You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data to reduce downtime and defects while ensuring adherence to production targets and quality standards. This role emphasizes servant leadership, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends.
• Lean / Six Sigma or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a hourly team to meet safety and quality targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve issues with data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and high performance.
• Coordinate with union and management to optimize operations and safety.
• Track attendance and productivity to support performance insights.
