Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3-7+ years supervisory/manufacturing/military experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and MDMP or similar decision-making processes.

• Lead an hourly workforce to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
