Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Senior Production Supervisor to lead an hourly production team, champion safety, and drive continuous improvement on the factory floor. You will translate strategic goals into daily execution, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experience, plus the ability to work rotating shifts. Lean/Six Sigma and MDMP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hourly team to meet production targets and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Identify and address performance gaps; celebrate successes and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize data to reduce downtime and defects and report time/attendance accurately.
