Ford Motor Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled hourly team and align daily production with strategic goals. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while embedding lean thinking and data-driven decision making across a fast-paced facility.

Expect to manage rotating shifts, develop your team, and ensure high-quality production outcomes in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
