CTDI in Logan Township, NJ is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to coordinate production workers, meet targets, ensure quality, and drive P&L results. This role oversees shift operations in a high-volume environment.

First shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Pay range: $60,000–$70,000 depending on experience. Benefits include health, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, plus weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving with a strategic approach and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-project management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packaging.
• Schedule, assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting to exceed customer expectations.
• Forecast staffing needs and align manpower with production goals.
• Lead shift transitions and provide support for escalated issues.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring performance metrics and safety.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs and resolve issues.
• Support labor planning, scheduling, and P&L forecasting.
• Provide training and motivation to staff on procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
