Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM, Mon-Fri) to lead a production team in a warehouse environment. You will supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure quality and on-time shipment of goods.

The role focuses on meeting KPIs, coordinating with management, and maintaining safety standards while supporting P&L and scheduling efforts. CTDI offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting to customers.
• Lead shift transitions with clear, concise communication for the next shift.
• Provide first level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics to maintain consistent production quality.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues resolved.
