Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency at our North Carolina facility. The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of plant experience, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, and experience using ERP systems such as JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years Plant experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Able to perform basic weight calculations for formulas.
• Able to read and interpret directions and order details.
• Able to communicate both in writing and verbally.
• Proficient with plant equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee floor supervision and ensure production schedule is followed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and prepare shift summary reports.
• Monitor quality control and adjust batches as needed.
• Escalate equipment and material shortages to maintain line efficiency.
• Lead and develop plant staff, manage timecards and performance feedback.
