Job summary

Leviton in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead our manufacturing program in support of the operating plan. You will own manufacturing processes, safety, quality, product costs, delivery, and materials management while guiding financial planning and factory performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least ten years of manufacturing management experience, with strong Lean, Six Sigma, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure ISO procedures are followed and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
