Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a motivated Production Associate on the second shift to support machine operation, order fulfillment and quality control. You will lead a small team, prepare materials for orders, and ensure safety guidelines are followed while maintaining productive workflow.

The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, basic math for formulation weights, and strong communication. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic weight calculations for formulas.
• Able to read and interpret directions and order details.
• Able to communicate both in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide backup to production staff for material preparation and order fulfillment.
• Lead and coordinate with the Production Associate to manage 5–8 pieces of equipment.
• Review orders, weigh materials, and input data into the machine for batching.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Escalate equipment and material issues; track inventory and orders.
• Train new team members on equipment and processes; support supervisor as needed.
• Input work orders, perform physical inventory, and update the system to reflect stock.
