Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a full-time Production Lead in North Carolina to supervise and train production personnel across shifts. You will ensure safe, high-quality, on-time production and support the Production Manager with staffing, training, and shift communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of lead/supervisory experience in manufacturing and strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage production flow and safety and quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel, production workflow, safety and quality.
• Operate all stations for training and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by all employees.
• Assist Production Manager with staffing and workflow.
• Train new hires and transfers into the department.
• Lead shift meetings and pass on critical information.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and safety awareness.
• Maintain quality standards and meet production capacities.
• Provide feedback on performance to the Production Manager.
• Complete shift production reports and safety trainings.
