Responsibilities

• Act as lead and problem solver, balance personnel and facilitate movement of product through the area.
• Monitor the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.
• Perform manual assembly, operate automated equipment, hand soldering and inspection tasks.
• Monitor quantity and quality output and lead the team to meet production goals.
• Compile data and generate reports on cell performance.
