Job summary

RTX, the world’s leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Production Electrical Team Lead for a high-visibility program in the US. You will lead 10–15 engineers, mentor the team, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure design reviews, schedules, and compliance are met on time.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, extensive RF/analog/digital design experience, and a proven production engineering track record in defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis; digital signal processing.
• Production engineering experience with missile hardware and RCAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Production Electrical Team Lead on a Production Program; lead the Electrical Team and support cross-functional groups.
• Provide technical support for 10–15 engineers; mentor, train, and ensure technical rigor.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization and scheduling.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessment, and documentation; ensure compliance and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 25% annually; shift is 1st shift, onsite.
