Job summary

RTX’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) department in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware. The role focuses on delivering reliable, cost‑effective electrical hardware across production, testing, and integration lifecycles.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design, strong lab skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional work. This is a first‑shift, onsite position with relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Physics/Math and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design and analysis.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills by working with RF/analog/digital hardware and debugging complex assemblies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 10% annually and support first shift operations.
• Provide technical oversight and direction across production hardware lifecycle.
