Job summary
Raytheon’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) Department in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Sr. Electrical Engineer - Production Hardware to drive program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.
The role requires hands-on experience with RF, analog and digital hardware and collaboration with operations and quality teams. You will help develop and sustain airborne electrical products, participate in production, testing and integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or DSP.
- Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other disciplines to resolve issues in production, testing and integration.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and design support for circuit card assemblies and electro‑mechanical systems.
