Job summary

RTX’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) department seeks an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to support cost, schedule, and technical oversight across the product lifecycle. You’ll help drive development and sustainment of airborne electrical products.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, collaboration with Operations and other engineering disciplines, and exposure to RF/analog/digital circuit design. Occasional travel is required with a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis; familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with digital, analog, RF hardware testing and debugging of circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering teams to resolve issues in production, testing and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually; Shift Information: 1st shift.
