RTX's Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) Department in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive program execution and oversee cost, schedule, and technical oversight across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering teams, supporting production testing and integration, with focus on RF/analog/digital hardware and robust design for manufacturability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or DSP.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Aufgaben

• Enhance electrical engineering skills by testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues in production, testing, and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually; Shift Information: 1st shift.
