Carel in Manheim, PA is seeking a Production Associate III to fabricate and assemble metal components per customer specifications. You will use presses, shears, saws, grinders, and drills and operate orbital/linear welding equipment to form and assemble parts.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, verifying dimensions, setting up machinery, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while documenting production data. Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:30 am – 2:45 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred or transferable knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret simple drawings/blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate and assemble structures and components per specs.
• Fit up and tack weld as needed to meet specs/blueprints.
• Operate fabricating machines (orbital/linear welders, shears, saws, grinders, drill presses).
• Build packaging and pack assemblies per size.
• Interpret engineering drawings to determine material requirements.
