Job summary

Carel USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate III for the USAM 2nd shift to fabricate and assemble custom components. You will use presses, saws, grinders and drills to bend, cut, form, punch, and assemble metal parts, with orbital/linear welders essential to the job function.

You will read engineering drawings, set up equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe, orderly work area. A 3–5 year manufacturing background and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal components per specifications.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines including welders.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints to determine materials and sequence.
• Inspect work and verify dimensions for quality.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety regulations.
• Document processes and support inventory tasks.
