Job summary

CAREL in Manheim, PA is seeking a Production Associate II to assemble UE/UR, Bard and MC product lines according to company standards. You will use wireless drills, pencil drivers, wrenches and screwdrivers to attach equipment to enclosures, punch holes, drill and wire, and read schematics.

Day shift Monday to Friday 6:30 am – 2:45 pm. You will test and troubleshoot units, interface with engineers and technicians, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years experience in related electrical assemblies.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies with hand and pneumatic tools.
• Wire electrical control panels using point‑to‑point wiring.
• Perform functional, high voltage and continuity tests per schematics.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to complete assemblies.
