Carel is seeking a Production Associate II in Manheim, PA to assemble UE/UR, Bard and MC product lines wearing a safety-conscious hat. You will use wireless drills, wrenches, and hand tools to mount equipment, wire panels, and conduct functional tests using schematics.

You will perform bench-type assembly tasks, participate in continuous improvements, and coordinate with engineers and other manufacturing staff to complete work orders on schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–3 years in related electrical/mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and diagrams.
• Attention to precision to limit scrap.
• Willingness to cross-train in related areas.

Responsabilités

• Complete production per work order following work instructions.
• Interface with computer to log task completion and inventory.
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels using point-to-point wiring.
• Perform mechanical work attaching enclosures, punching holes, drilling and tapping.
• Test electrical assemblies and troubleshoot per schematics.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Cross-train in other related assembly areas as needed.
