Job summary

Highland Tank in Manheim, PA is seeking first and second shift welders/fabricators to join our team. The schedule is Monday-Thursday with 10-hour shifts, on-site production environment.

Ideal candidates can read blueprints, follow English instructions, and operate equipment safely. Training is provided for overhead cranes; position involves lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing ladders, and occasional work in confined spaces. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret manufacturing blueprints.
• Follow written instructions in English in a high-volume environment.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Commit to overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate as trained.
• Operate overhead cranes (training provided).
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights up to 16 ft.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Plant Manager.
