Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Manheim, PA seeks a Production Associate III for the USAM 1st Shift. You will fabricate and assemble metal components using orbital/linear welders, saws, presses, and drills, following engineering drawings and quality specs.

You will set up equipment, verify dimensions, and maintain a safe, organized work area while supporting other duties as needed in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions of Production Associate I & II.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 yrs. of experience preferred or transferable knowledge from similar industries.
• Reading and comprehension of simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints; basic math for measurements.
• Ability to apply common sense and solve problems with basic variables.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structures and custom components per specs.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines like welders, shears, saws, grinders, drills.
• Interpret drawings/blueprints to determine material needs and sequences.
• Check dimensions and adjust processes to meet specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report any defects or issues.
• Cross-train and assist with related duties as needed.
