Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Senior Business Process Specialist to drive process excellence across the Wilton Factory, focusing on production execution, disturbance management and non-standard changes in the assembly area.

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, design and improve end-to-end processes, and ensure alignment with factory strategy and operational excellence principles. Travel up to 10% may be required.

• Ability to translate business needs into actionable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for production execution, disturbance management and non-standard changes in the assembly area.
• Lead the design, qualification tests, implementation and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes across Wilton Factory.
• Analyze, document and optimize business processes and determine how applications (e.g., SAP, MES) support factory operations.
• Act as liaison for internal customers in DUV/APPS and EUV factories, translating needs into process and system improvements.
• Champion process improvement projects and communicate benefits to users and leaders.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and meetings to drive adoption of changes.
• Collaborate with IT, architects, process leads to ensure cohesive improvements.
• Translate factory strategy into short- and long-term process and application plans.
• Develop and deliver end-user training on changes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data integrity and change management.
• Up to 10% travel annually within the US and internationally.
