Job summary

ASML is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to lead manufacturing improvements, support new product introductions, and drive continuous excellence across factory operations. You will mentor engineers, define scalable workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, influence factory strategy, and contribute to industrialization efforts while ensuring manufacturing readiness and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in production/ manufacturing engineering or industrialization.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience working with enterprise manufacturing systems; Master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive new product introduction activities and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for complex production issues and root cause investigations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.

• Mentor and develop engineers while fostering technical excellence.
