Job summary

ASML US, headquartered in the Netherlands with a Wilton, CT site, seeks a Product Lifecycle Management Project Coordinator to secure fast time-to-market for new and revised products. You will join a cross-functional team to manage introductions, engineering changes, and eventual phase-outs within Supply Chain Management.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years of experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Supply Chain/Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience.
• Experience in planning and logistics in a high-tech, low-volume environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional project team to support development of new products and modifications across the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate impact of engineering changes and plan implementation with attention to timing and supply chain impact.
• Coordinate material flow for prototypes, pilots, spare parts, tools, and packaging with Procurement and Engineering.
• Manage ramp-up of products in the supply chain to support product roadmaps.
• Balance material availability with customer service levels, inventory and costs; identify bottlenecks and drive decisions with internal and external partners.
• Support continued processes of Product Lifecycle Management within Supply Chain Management.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and operate under defined procedures and timelines.
