RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Production Electrical Team Lead in Tucson to guide the Electrical Team on a production program, ensuring design integrity, execution, and continuous improvement. You will mentor engineers, support design reviews, and coordinate across operations, supply chain, and quality.

The role is onsite, first shift, less than 25% travel, with DoD Secret clearance. Relocation may be available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM degree; minimum 5 years’ experience.
• RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis; FPGA integration preferred.
• Production engineering experience in missile hardware; problem solving and RCA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Function as Production Electrical Team Lead on a Production Program.
• Provide technical support for 5–10 engineers, with mentorship and training.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization.
• Involvement with design reviews, schedule risk, and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines.
