Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Subsystems GS Technical Lead in Tucson, AZ. The role leads a cross-functional team to deliver hardware systems, including RF, analog, digital, and power electronics. The position requires an active DoD security clearance and onsite work.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in RF product design, systems engineering, and leadership of complex subsystems, plus MBSE experience. Travel and collaboration with suppliers and customers are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM required; 10+ years in relevant work.
• RF product/subassembly design, integration, and production support.
• Analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support.
• Deconvolving requirements into actionable design electronics and subsystem architectures.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical integrity of the GS including TDP development, validation, and integration.
• Manage technical risk for GS and oversee failure investigations.
• Support component level design and reviews; work with suppliers and customers.
• Provide mentorship within Raytheon’s culture and collaborate across disciplines.
• Travel as needed, including international trips; interact with suppliers and customers.
