Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is hiring a Production Electrical Team Lead for a production program in Tucson. You will lead the electrical team, mentor engineers, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure design reviews, testing, and issue resolution.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in RF/analog/digital design and FPGA integration preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design, analysis, debugging and failure investigations; FPGA integration preferred.
• Production engineering experience in missile hardware design, analysis, fabrication or troubleshooting with RCA.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Team on a Production Program and mentor 10–15 engineers.
• Provide technical support, ensure engineering task execution and rigor.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization.
• Involve in design reviews, schedule risk, burn-down charts, supplier coordination, documentation and testing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 25% annually; 1st shift, onsite.
