Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is hiring an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware to support program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the lifecycle of airborne electrical products.

You will work with digital, analog, and RF hardware, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve issues during production and testing, with a <10% travel requirement and a 2nd shift (3pm–12AM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills across digital, analog, RF hardware and test/debug of complex circuit cards and electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel <10% annually; support second shift operations.
• Contribute to documenting concurrence and testing during production, testing, and integration.
