Molex ADS seeks a Senior Production Control Planner to lead complex production scheduling and optimize alignment of demand, materials, inventory, and capacity. You will guide planning activities, resolve constraints, and drive data-driven improvements for schedules and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong analytics, collaboration across Supply Chain and Manufacturing Planning, and mentorship of junior planners in a highly regulated, aerospace-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning or production control.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel for analysis.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and cross-functional resolution.
• Strong data translation into actionable plans.
• Effective stakeholder guidance without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of production schedules for complex product lines.
• Analyze orders, forecasts, backlog, and demand changes to identify risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, engineering, quality, and operations.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive root-cause and corrective actions.
• Provide scenario analysis to optimize resources, lead-times, and throughput.
• Serve as SME for production control processes and ERP/MRP data integrity.
• Mentor less-experienced planners and standardize processes.
