Job summary

Molex ADS is seeking a Senior Production Control Planner to lead complex production planning, aligning customer demand, material availability, inventory and capacity. You will provide senior guidance on the planning process, resolve high-impact constraints, and use data-driven analysis to improve schedule performance, customer delivery and operational reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of production planning or MRP experience.
Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel for planning.
Ability to manage complex schedules and drive cross-functional resolution.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of production schedules for complex product lines balancing priorities and capacity.
Analyze orders, forecasts, backlog and demand changes to identify risks and recommendations.
Partner with procurement, warehouse, engineering, quality and ops to resolve shortages and conflicts.
Monitor planning metrics like on-time delivery, adherence and inventory; drive root-cause actions.
Provide scenario analysis and allocate resources to reduce lead times and improve throughput.
Serve as SME for production control processes, ERP/MRP data integrity and scheduling best practices.
Mentor less-experienced planners and standardize planning processes and reporting.
